Diversity Executive Leadership Program (DELP) is a two-year program that supports individuals from under-represented identity groups to advance into the ranks of leadership in the association management profession. DELP scholars participate in an accelerated leadership program of education, mentoring and volunteer service in the association community.

DELP has had a remarkable impact since its inception 23 years ago, boosting scholars’ readiness to achieve their career goals and cultivating the talent pipeline for the association management profession.
