• What is Stellar?

  • Stellar is an AI-powered Large Language Model educated on ASAE content. This content allows the model to provide detailed answers to association related questions.

• What does it know?

  • Stellar has learned about associations by studying years of ASAE content and will continue to expand its knowledge base. This content includes publications, research reports, articles from Associations Now, toolkits, and more.

• What does it not know?

  • Stellar cannot know everything, and as a result there are questions that it cannot answer. Questions such as ASAE staff contact information, specific author results, full publication summaries, speaker details, upcoming event details, or webinar links. Please use the search functionality on asaecenter.org to access our staff list and event or product details.

• What makes Stellar different than other generative AI tools?

  • In addition to general knowledge using ChatGPT, Stellar has been trained specifically on ASAE content. This means that Stellar can access files and information that are not widely or publicly available. Stellar also provides sources, so users can go straight to the ASAE resource where Stellar has drawn its answer. This allows for further exploration beyond what a normal AI chat box can provide.

• How can I cite a response from Stellar?

  • Stellar is an AI/LLM machine and not a human. All answers should be treated as informational only.

• What if I don't agree with the response?

  • Stellar is still learning and improving from the feedback you share. If you like Stellar’s response, give it a thumbs up! But if the response isn’t perfect, give it a thumbs down and explain why the response didn’t meet your expectations. Stellar is an AI machine and is always learning.
