Stefan Bradham is an executive team leader with over 20 years’ experience in B2B, B2C, and nonprofits, and has a proven record of strategic marketing, operational insight, integrated brand development, and creative communications that have increased profitability and customer retention while improving customer service across all areas of the organization. In short, he helps organizations find themselves and then capitalizes on those discoveries.
Stefan currently works at the National Minority Supplier Development Council as their Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Events, and gives back to the next generation of marketing and DEI professionals through his volunteer service on the American Marketing Association DC Chapter Board of Directors as their Vice President of the Marketing Mentors Network and through ASAE’s Diversity + Inclusion Committee.
Stefan received his undergraduate degrees in Marketing and International Business from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2004, and went on to receive his Masters in Marketing from the Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School in 2010. He earned his Certified Association Executive credential from American Society for Association Executives (ASAE) in 2013 and his Certified Diversity Executive credential from the Institute of Diversity Certification (IDS) in 2022.
Stefan regularly writes and speaks on marketing, mentor, and DEI topics. He has also won awards as a tech and innovation leader, for his work at the American Health Law Association, and was previously recognized with a Forty Under 40 Award from Association Forum.
