Luke brings over fifteen years of experience as both a senior leader in higher education as well as a non for profit executive focused on operations, program management, and human resources leadership. He currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Staff Executive of ICF Coaching Education for the International Coaching Federation leading the advancement of coaching education, training, and global organizational accreditation. He frequently focuses on helping associations and organizations realign their strategy, human resources policies and overall organization, efficiency, and vision.

Luke previously served as an Executive Director of National University College as well as the Executive Director & CEO of CAMPUSPEAK, the nation’s premier programming company for higher education. Luke also has served as an adjunct faculty member with several colleges and universities instructing leadership development courses and curriculum.

Luke received his Bachelor’s in Social & Behavioral Sciences from Western Kentucky University, and his Master’s in Education (Adult & Higher Education) from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis. He also holds the credentials of Certified Association Executive (CAE) by ASAE and The Center for Association Leadership, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute as well as a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Luke is a member of various professional associations such as ASAE-The Center for Association Leadership, SHRM-Society for Human Resource Professionals, ATD-Association of Talent Development, and a proud alumnus of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
