Alex is the regional executive director for Indiana, for PLA University, a workforce development program of Phalen Leadership Academies.
Prior to his role leading community workforce development programming in Indiana, Alex was the director of workforce development for the National Precast Concrete Association. Alex has held managing director positions in education, information and membership in trade associations since 2000.
Alex co-founded the Racial Equity Community Network (RECN), a community organization in Fishers, Indiana committed to address inequity in an attempt to make central Indiana a place where all are free to be their authentic selves.
