GRAMMY-Winning Artist Nelly to Perform at Opening Celebration of the 2024 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition in Cleveland
WASHINGTON— ASAE is thrilled to announce that GRAMMY-winning artist Nelly will headline the Opening Celebration of the 2024 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition in Cleveland, OH. The highly anticipated performance will take place on August 10 at Cleveland’s iconic downtown arena, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, home of the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers.
Under the theme “In Unity, We Thrive,” ASAE’s 2024 Annual Meeting aims to unite the association community for unparalleled learning, connections, strategic insights and inspiration. Nelly’s performance is set to kick off the event with an unforgettable night of music, energy and harmony.
Nelly, renowned for his chart-topping hits and dynamic stage presence, is expected to deliver a spectacular show that embodies the spirit of togetherness and celebration. His extensive catalog of hits has earned him a lasting place in the music industry and a dedicated global fan base. His career boasts six consecutive Top Ten albums, from the diamond Country Grammar in 2000 to the platinum 5.0 (2010) and The Fix (2015).

In addition to the Opening Celebration, ASAE and its partners at Destination Cleveland are planning an exciting slate of evening entertainment at some of Cleveland’s standout venues during the 2024 ASAE Annual Meeting, including the ASAE Research Foundation’s The Classic (ticketed event) on Aug. 12 at The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame; and the Closing Celebration on Aug. 13 at The Flats Entertainment District.
