WASHINGTON—ASAE has selected the winners of the 2014 Gold Circle Awards competition that identifies excellence, innovation, and achievement in association/nonprofit marketing, membership, communications and component relations programs. Winners will receive their awards during the Gold Circle Awards ceremony on June 17 at ASAE’s 2014 Marketing, Membership, and Communications Conference in Washington, DC.
During the awards ceremony, one winner will be announced as the overall winner and receive the Gold Circle Award for Overall Excellence. The 2014 competition received the highest amount of entries in the history of the program, with more than 195 submissions. The Communications, Marketing, Membership, and Component Relations Councils collaborated on executing this year’s awards program through the Gold Circle Awards Committee.
“This year we had great examples of marketing, membership, communication and component relations programs, and it was a hard decision for the judges to select who should receive a Gold Circle Award,” said Mike Boa, CAE, director of communications and marketing at the Casualty Actuarial Society and chair of the Gold Circle Awards Committee. “During the MMCC conference, we will not only recognize the winners, but select winners will present their programs during a session to share their best practices, so attendees can learn new strategies to take back to their own organizations.”
