ASAE PAC is a separate, segregated fund established by ASAE. Voluntary contributions by individuals to ASAE PAC should be made using personal credit cards. Personal checks are no longer accepted. Voluntary contributions from other federal political action committees are also permissible. Contributions from corporations or associations cannot be accepted and will be returned. Donations to ASAE PAC and charitable match contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. These guidelines are mere suggestions. You may contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest and ASAE will not favor or disadvantage you by the amount of your contribution or your decision not to contribute. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
